Dear investors of the CFA issues of Forte Home GmbH LLC FHG-1-DT-092025-00008 and FHG-1-DT-092025-00009.

We would like to inform you that a series of legal disputes involving the Issuer (Forte Home GmbH LLC) and the Guarantors (LLC "Forte Metals GmbH", LLC "Forte Prom GmbH", LLC "Forte Prom Steel GmbH"), is in the final stages of settlement.

Soon, all interim measures will be lifted, and the work of all legal entities of the Holding will be fully normalized and will return to standard operation. 
It should be noted that, despite the lifting of the arrests, this situation has had a serious impact on the Holding, and it is not possible to start payments right now.

At the moment, negotiations are underway with a number of financial institutions to restructure the accumulated debts for a long period.

We expect that the measures we are taking will allow us to organize a cash payment plan for defaulted CFAs in the very near future.  

Due to the repeated postponement of court sessions, we understand that the notice announced earlier on November 5, 2025, requires postponement. For our part, we guarantee that we will promptly inform Investors about all decisions regarding these CFAs.
