"Wings of Rostov" - the amateur ice-hockey team founded in 2015, the team of which consists of the Rostov region government members. Uniting people driven by common aspiration to play hockey and to promote positive relation to sport, "Wings of Rostov" is one of the most perspective clubs of the Southern Hockey League today.

The team has spent its debut season at a very high level. Skills and persistence of hockey players provided to team the second place in a tournament.
